We ensure that we source products from reputable manufacturers who are leaders in their respective field. All of our manufacturer partners’ products are CE marked and comply with the relevant legislation in their field.
Meaningful warranties
We offer parts only and parts and labour warranties from 1 – 7 years for our equipment. In this period, we promise to cover the costs of repair for any malfunction of the equipment you have purchased. There are reasonable warranty exclusions – such as damage – and we will tell you what these are from the outset.
Service quality assurance
We understand that the equipment we sell is very often a key part of your business. So if your equipment does breakdown, as part of our machine warranties and rental agreements, we will quickly respond and guarantee that we will fix it first time, 95% of the time.
Service responsiveness
When things go awry, we respond quickly. We are normally able to respond 24/7, most weeks of the year.
Health, safety and protection
All our engineers are experienced, trained professionals who undertake their work safely and are equipped with the appropriate PPE. Also, in the unlikely event that something should go wrong on site, we protect you with a £10m public liability policy.
Making it easy
You can order from us 24/7 via our e-commerce site. We have a number of ways you can pay:- purchase outright, lease, rent, pay per wash and, for your convenience, we have a 24/7 automated secure payment line. We are here for customers to talk to from Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm and if you really need help we can provide assistance at the weekend, too.
Going the extra mile
We are specialists at quick response, so if you are in urgent need of a washer or dryer, we can very often supply a new one within 48 hours.
